SALES TAX
Companies selling over the internet are subject to the same sales tax collection requirements as any other retailers.  The amount of tax charged depends upon many factors, this includes (not limited to) the type of item purchased, and the destination of the shipment.

HOW WILL MY PACKAGE BE SHIPPED?
For all orders received by Noon CST Tuesday - Friday and 10:00am CST Saturday (excluding holidays) we will ship same day. Our standard method of shipment is USPS with normal delivery time being 7–10 business days.  If order is placed after the above mentioned times, on Sundays or on Holidays, your order will ship next business day.

For shipments to Canada, we ship USPS with normal delivery time being 10–14 business days.

WHEN IS MY CREDIT CARD CHARGED?
Your credit card will not be charged until your order is placed.

WHAT IF SOMETHING IN MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR MISSING?
If your order gets to you in less than ideal condition or fails to show up, please contact us by e-mail at customerservice@onthebiasdesigns.com.  For returns, please review HERE.
