If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your purchase within 30 days from the delivery date for a refund, account credit, or exchange. Return shipping costs will be at your expense, and we recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information.
 

TO RETURN AN ITEM:

  1. Complete the form on this page with all required fields.

  2. You will receive an email within two business days confirming the return request and providing options.

  3. If you are mailing items back, please pack any items securely.

Once our warehouse has received your return items we will refund as follows:

  • Credit card - your account will be credited approximately 2 weeks after we receive your package.

  • Check or money order - refunds over $20.00 will be issued a refund check. Refunds equalling less than $20.00 will receive a store credit.

Returns made after 30 days are only eligible for store credit. 

Please note, the retail value of free item(s) will be deducted from your refund if not returned with the qualifying item(s).

When your order arrives, please look at your item(s) to verify you've received your complete order and that your items are undamaged.

 

Kits are folded and can be nested - please unfold the fabric and remove each piece to ensure that you have everything listed on the pattern/package.
